All items are shipped DISCREETLY

There is no mention of a wig or wig product on the shipping container and our return label address.  All items are shipped from Hair Fabulous Inc. Wylie, TX 75048

 

 

 

Please note that shipping charges for oversized items (such as liquid product combo set) will be excluded from consolidation.  An oversized item will consolidate into your order for the purposes of payment and shipping in the same container, but its published shipping charge will be added to the combined shipping charge for the remaining items.

Late Packages

Once your package is given to USPS, we have fulfilled our responsibility to you as a seller, in delivering your product(s).  We are NOT responsible for USPS or your country's mail services.  Those services are as frustrating for us as they are for the buyer when products are not delivered in a timely manner as they should be.

NOTE: Credit cards are charged upon your order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card. Please note that we cannot charge your credit card on our side. Your credit card is charged only if you fulfill your order yourself.

return & exchange policy

Please read our return and exchange policy below before purchasing for we do not offer a money refund. All eligible exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receipt of the item/items, NO EXCEPTION. NOTE: Returns without an authorization from Hair Fabulous Inc. will incur a 50% unauthorized product return fee.

 

There is a 20% re-stocking fee for each eligible product. Also, we allow only a ONE-time exchange per item. Please be aware: Unauthorized and ineligible exchanges will incur a 50% unauthorized product return fee. To avoid this fee please follow the exchange guidelines below:


 

Eligibility for an exchange

 

    -  Eligible product(s): must be in perfect factory and in original condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with all tag(s) attached and in original packaging. You must not destroy or lose any of the packagings.

    - Items not eligible for an exchange: Item tried on or worn, chemical address, altered, styled, bad odor, Discontinued, Wholesale Orders, Clearance, Costume Wigs, Accessories, Care Products, and Special Orders.  If the product(s) have been worn, damaged, altered, show bad odor, or tags/packaging tampered with, the product will be ineligible and deemed unauthorized.


 

How to Request an Exchange


 

Customer must notify us of the problem and desire to do an exchange. Requests for exchange must be made within 3 business days of receipt of product(s). Exchanges must be pre-authorized by Hair Fabulous Inc. with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Without an RMA the item(s) will incur a 50% unauthorized product fee.


 

  • Email customerservice@hairfabulousinc.com and explain briefly your reason for your request for an exchange.

  • Please allow 2 business days to receive an email response with your RMA number.

  • Return your item(s) within 24 hours from the time you received your RMA number as follows:

-  Ship item(s) in a sturdy cardboard box as damaged packages are ineligible for exchange.

-  Send the package to Attn: Exchanges Hair Fabulous Inc. The complete address will be provided to you via email. 

-  The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.


 

Charges required to complete exchanges (shipping charges, restocking fee, etc.), are made on the credit card submitted in the original order. Store credit is issued for the remaining balance and can be used at any time.


 

Store Credits

 

Upon receipt of the wig, we will issue you a credit for the purchase price of your wig less aa 20% re-stocking fee. For example: if your wig cost $100.00 then your credit after the 20% restocking fee would be $80.00. This credit can then be used toward the purchase price of a new wig.


 

Store credit is valid for the purchase of any product(s) in Jenny’s HairSense. We do not issue any cash, check, or credit card refunds. To redeem store credit you must email us prior to your new wig purchase.
